BUSINESS: ALL TAX DOCUMENTS FOR BUSINESS TAX RETURN FILINGS MUST BE IN OUR OFFICE AT LEAST 15 DAYS BEFORE THE IRS IMPOSED DEADLINE.  ANYTHING RECEIVED AFTER THAT WILL BE HANDLED ON A BEST EFFORT, FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS REQUIREMENT.   PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU REQUIRE AN EXTENSION TO BE FILED.

IMPORTANT: Please note that you may send documents electronically, by fax, FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail Express or other traceable courier.  If you choose to send by USPS or another courier, we request that you send copies only and that you have a tracking number for your documents.  

*Please note that due to ongoing issues with USPS mail handling delays, anything sent with "Signature Required" may be significantly delayed by the carrier as they operate well beyond office hours and do not make multiple attempts or leave notices.  

If you have sent something requiring a signature for delivery with ANY carrier, you must follow up and track the progress in order for our office to review the documents in a timely manner.  

Always keep additional copies in the event you must resend the documents if they are lost or misdirected by the carrier.
